To provide the best possible yogic experience, we work with you to learn the skills in yoga that will make you feel more resilient and at ease in your life.
Your first session begins with a comprehensive intake assessment. Together, we’ll learn more about the issues and conditions you’re facing from the yogic perspective. From there, we will design simple mindfulness, breathing and yoga practices that you can do on your own at home. Weaved into each session are suggestions for lifestyle improvements and coaching which are key to helping you commit to radical self-care.
Individual sessions can be beneficial to those who are just starting out with yoga and need personal guidance; those with a regular yoga practice that no longer feels the same, or those who may be recovering from a condition and need a gentle/personalized approach.
If you are new to yoga, or want ongoing support, our recommendation is to book 3 sessions at a time.
